**Important**
By accessing and using the website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and accept, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PurpleCottage is not responsible for any lost/damages incurred during postage. To prevent any lost/damages, registered mail is highly recommended.
All goods sold are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable. PurpleCottage ensures that all items are in top conditions before mailing them out.
Kindly note that all items are subjected to availability. In the event that the product is Out of Stock, customer will be informed and a full refund will be made.
All pre-orders generally takes about 2 - 4 weeks for delivery, largely dependent on the stock availability and arrival of the shipment.
Ready stocks: Cancellation is strictly prohibited.
Pre-orders: Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
All colors/measurements shown in the photographs on the website may differ slightly from the actual color of the item as color display may vary.
Items not collect after 3weeks despite reminders email will be fortited even if payment has been made.

WAITING PERIOD:

Generally the waiting period are as follows provided that there is no delay on the supplier's side. Clothes PreOrder : 1.5 -4 weeks / Bags PreOrder: 3.5-5.5 weeks

A notification email will be sent once shipment is received.

Pre-Order Policy:

Updates will be provided on the website once available.
Payment: Total amount due must be made within 3 working days upon deadline.
Once order is confirm and deposit has been made, no cancellation of order is allowed.
In the event that a particular item is out of stock, buyer can opt to choose another item @ a 5% discount otherwise a FULL refund of the deposit will be done immediately.
Order will only be processed upon receiving the deposit.

Normal Postage - > Apparels: $1.50 Bag:$2.50
Registered Postage -> Additional of S$2.50

Meet up is held only at Lavender and City Hall MRT stations at the owner convenience =)
